Hey everyone!

         My name is Amanda Cecil and I am a Certified Makeup Artist in Carencro, LA. Since I am a self taught makeup artist, everyone always ask how I got started. While I have always loved makeup, it really all started when I was getting married in 2015. I was having a hard time deciding on a Makeup Artist for my wedding day. In the end, I just decided to do the makeup myself for my girls and I...on my own wedding day. YEP! It was super crazy (and I wouldn't suggest it for any other bride) but luckily everything went well! LOL!  Afterwards, I had a few friends that had enough faith in me to do the makeup on their wedding day! I uploaded some pictures to Facebook and Instagram, and I started getting a lot of interest from more and more girls! Once I decided makeup was something I wanted to pursue further, I got my makeup permit through the Louisiana Board of Cosmetology. Now I'm excited to say, I am officially a Certified Makeup Artist! I love making girls feel beautiful and hope to hear from you soon!
